Homage to Allah & Propagation of Truth 123 ی بساراکنِ د� ی ادوہدنبجہکےتہکےھت� ی � دہم ٔی وموعد ِ قح اب دلج وہاگ آاکشر Call to mind the days when the elders of the Faith used to say That the Mahdi promised by God would now appear very soon— ےس وجش اک یھت ہن ی یک اّنمت � سج اھت وکن یار شیپ � ےس واےل آےن اُس اھت ہن وک سج اھت وکن Was there anyone who did not enthusiastically long for it? Was there anyone who did not profess to love the one that was to come? آیئدصی ی رھپوہدنبجآےئگاوروچدوھ� انمر ےک ی ہ د� ی � رکنم وہےئگ اوّل ےس بس But, when the awaited days came and the fourteenth century arrived, The first to deny were these elders, these ‘minarets’ of the Faith! ہ ود ی رمس ِ � ی رھپ دوابرہ آیئگ اابحر ںیم �ُبّہ دار ب � ی ِ وتق ےک دنمش وہےئ � � ی مس� رھپ The customs of the Jews re-appeared among the priests; These wearers of priestly garb became the enemies of the Messiah of the time. از ادتبا ات ااہتن ہ ی � ی اھت ونوتشں ںیم َ ِشقن دجار ںیہن ر � ی رھپ ےٹم ویکی ورکن ہک ےہ دقت� This was written in the Scriptures from beginning to end; How could it be averted—it is the mark of destiny, not a writing on the wall? رطح یک ی اِنب رم� ی ںیم اہجں اس ا ی آ� وت ی ںیم امومر از رہب ِ اہجد و اکرزار ی ہ ںیہن � ی ںیم I came to this world in the manner of Ibn Maryam [the Son of Mary]; I was not ordained to wage Jihad and wars.
