The Miraculous Qasidah 73 ْتَنَا ی ِ آذَ ٍّ بِه سَب عَلـٰی صَبَرْنَا ْتَنَا ی ِ آذَ ٍّ بِه سَب عَلـٰی ُصَبَرْنَا َ نَصْبِر اْل ْ ُوَلـٰکِن ْ عَلـٰی مَا تَفْتَرِي َ نَصْبِر اْل ْ وَلـٰکِن ْ عَلـٰی مَا تَفْتَرِي I remained patient in the face of the abusive language you employed to hurt me; But I cannot remain patient at the imposture you have attributed to me. ُ کَاذِبًا ٌ لَسْت ْ صَادِق ِ إِنِّي هّٰللّٰ وَوَا ُ کَاذِبًا ٌ لَسْت ْ صَادِق ِ إِنِّي هّٰللّٰ وَوَا َ وَفَـکِّرُوْا ْن ی مُسْتَعْجِلِ َاَلَ تَهْلِکُوْا ف َ وَفَـکِّرُوْا ْن ی مُسْتَعْجِلِ َاَلَ تَهْلِکُوْا ف I swear by God that I am true in my claim and that I am not an imposter; So bring not ruin upon yourself by being impetuous; rather, pon- der upon the matter. ْ نِي َّ لَضَر شَقِیًّا ُ کَذَّابًا کُنْت لَو َ و ْ نِي َّ لَضَر شَقِیًّا ُ کَذَّابًا کُنْت لَو َ و ْ وَکَفَّرُوْا ٍ کَذَّبُوْنِي ُ قَوْم عَدَاوَۃ ْ وَکَفَّرُوْا ٍ کَذَّبُوْنِي ُ قَوْم عَدَاوَۃ If I were a wicked liar, I would have incurred harm at the hands of those who, Out of their enmity, denounced me as an imposter and disbeliever. ْف َ تَدَاکَئُوْا ی شَاھَدْت َّ أَن َّ الْقَوْم َ کَ َ و ْف َ تَدَاکَئُوْا ی شَاھَدْت َّ أَن َّ الْقَوْم َ کَ َ و ْف َ رَمَوْا سِھَامًا وَّجَمَّرُوْا ی َ عَلَي َّ وَک ْف َ رَمَوْا سِھَامًا وَّجَمَّرُوْا ی َ عَلَي َّ وَک You have witnessed how people have raised an outcry against me, Maligned me and continue to fight me. ْ َالِھِم ی رَمَوْا کُل َّ صَخْر ٍ کَان َ فِي ْ أَذْ ْ َالِھِم ی ُرَمَوْا کُل َّ صَخْر ٍ کَان َ فِي ْ أَذْ َّر ی ْ أَتَحَ لَم َ ْ و ْ أَقْلَق ٍ فَلَم ْظ ی َ ُبِغ َّر ی ْ أَتَحَ لَم َ ْ و ْ أَقْلَق ٍ فَلَم ْظ ی َ بِغ They threw upon me all the rocks they had, and they did this out of their ferocious anger against me; But I was neither distressed nor taken aback by this. ٍ ِ إِھَانَة ْ رِمَاح ْ مِن َ عِرْضِي جُرِّح َ و ٍ ِ إِھَانَة ْ رِمَاح ْ مِن َ عِرْضِي جُرِّح َ ُو الْخَنْجَر َّ ٍّ إِلَي ْ سَب َ مِن أُلْقِي َ ُو الْخَنْجَر َّ ٍّ إِلَي ْ سَب َ مِن أُلْقِي َ و Injury was inflicted to my honour with the spears of defamation, And daggers of abusive language were cast at me.
