Behold the Help of My God 143 َ تَغَیُّظًا ُ الْجَاھِلِیْن َ وَجْہ تَنَکَّر َ تَغَیُّظًا ُ الْجَاھِلِیْن َ وَجْہ تَنَکَّر اِذَا اُعْثِرُوْا مِن ْ مَوْت ِ عِیْسٰی وَاُخْبِرُوْا اِذَا اُعْثِرُوْا مِن ْ مَوْت ِ عِیْسٰی وَاُخْبِرُوْا The faces of the ill-informed were distorted with anger When they were given the news of the death of Hadrat ‘ I s a [ Jesus]. ُ الْھَوٰی ٌ یَتْبِـــع ٌ کَافِر کَذُوْب وَقَالُوْا ُ الْھَوٰی ٌ یَتْبِـــع ٌ کَافِر کَذُوْب وَقَالُوْا وَعَیَّرُوْا ْ عَوَامًا قَتْلِي عَلٰی وَحَثُّوْا وَعَیَّرُوْا ْ عَوَامًا قَتْلِي عَلٰی وَحَثُّوْا They clamoured, ‘He is a lying disbeliever, following his selfish desires!’ And they incited and chided the people to kill me. ْ حِزْبِھِم ِّ فَضَاقَت ْ عَلَیْن َا ااْلَْرْض ُ مِن ْ شَر ْ حِزْبِھِم ِّ ُفَضَاقَت ْ عَلَیْن َا ااْلَْرْض ُ مِن ْ شَر نُتَبَّر لَکُنَّا ُ الْمَوْلٰی َ یَد اْل ْ ُوَلَو نُتَبَّر لَکُنَّا ُ الْمَوْلٰی َ یَد اْل ْ وَلَو So the mischief of their group constrained the earth for me; Had it not been for the hand of God, I would have surely perished. ْ فَلَم ْ یُغْن ِ عَنْھُم ْ مَکْرُھُم ْ حِیْن َ اَشْرَقَت ْ فَلَم ْ یُغْن ِ عَنْھُم ْ مَکْرُھُم ْ حِیْن َ اَشْرَقَت ِ فَاَدْبَرُوْا ِ الْقَدِیْر ُ عِنَایَات شُمُوْس ِ فَاَدْبَرُوْا ِ الْقَدِیْر ُ عِنَایَات شُمُوْس Their machinations were of no avail to them; But when the Sun of the favours of God shone, they turned on their heels and ran away. ْ ْ رِمَاحُھُم ْ اِلَیْھِم ْ رُدَّت وَقَد رَجَعْنَا ْ ْ رِمَاحُھُم ْ اِلَیْھِم ْ رُدَّت وَقَد ُرَجَعْنَا َ یُبَارِیْہ ِ مُنْکِر اْل ٌّ ُقَض َی ااْلَْمْر َ حِب َ یُبَارِیْہ ِ مُنْکِر اْل ٌّ قَض َی ااْلَْمْر َ حِب I returned to find their spears pointing back at them; The matter was decided by the Friend with whom no denier can compete. ْ مِن َ الضِّغْن ِ وَالشَّحْنَاء ِ یَھْذُوْن َ کُلُّھُم ْ مِن َ الضِّغْن ِ وَالشَّحْنَاء ِ یَھْذُوْن َ کُلُّھُم ْ تَفَکَّرُوْا ٌ لَو ٌ وَاضِح ْ مُبِیْن وَاَمْرِي ْ تَفَکَّرُوْا ٌ لَو ٌ وَاضِح ْ مُبِیْن وَاَمْرِي On account of their rancour and enmity, they are—all of them— uttering sheer nonsense; My affair is bright and clear, would they but only reflect!
