It requires the muscles of the throat to be in the 'gargling' position to pronounce it. وق - a deep guttural k sound. - a sort of catch in the voice. Short vowels are represented by: a for (like u in bud). i for (like i in bid). u for Long vowels by: a for (like oo in wood). or (like a in father). i for s u for 9. ހ or (like ee in deep). ་ ✓ (like oo in root). Other vowels by: ai for ی au for, (like i in site). (resembling ou in sound).
