38 � ی �ب� ہب را او دخا دن�ی�دیتس رگ � ی� �یق� � ی � ا من رأنی قد رأی الحق If you have not seen God, then look at him; True are his words: ‘Whoever has seen me has seen H aqq [God]. ’ ( Durre Tham i n F a rs i , p. 138, Publisher Muhammad Ahmad Academy, Lahore) The Promised Messiah as further states: And if you ask, ‘What are the divine attributes?’ I will say He is Gracious and Ever Merciful. And the Holy Prophet s as was granted these two divine attributes from the time when the creation of Adam was still at the stage between mud and water. He was a Prophet when Adam had not yet been created. Allah the Almighty is Divine Light and He chose to create another light. So He created Muhammad s as who is like a unique pearl. And He joined his two names— Muhammad and Ahmad—with His own. And he (i. e. Muhammad s as ) surpassed all other obedient followers of the Almighty. Thus, we find these two names glowing in the Quran and without a shadow of a doubt, our Prophet s as is the compound light of Moses as and Jesus as, just as they both are mirrors of the divine attributes of their Creator. So this situation demands that Muhammad s as be given a wondrous station in the spiritual world. That is why Allah bestowed the two names, Muhammad and Ahmad, upon him. And he was made the inheritor of glory and beauty. In this respect he is unique, for glory and beauty are divine
