AN ODE BY MAULAWI ABDULLAH OF KASHMIR 43 حق بنعمت ہائے خویشش در جہاں ممتاز کرد شد وجیه در گه آن عالم ذوالا قتدار The true God, through His blessings, set him apart in the world. He was honoured in the court of the sovereign of the world. در مقام قادیان از آسمان آمد فرود برزمین مرده بارید ایں زماں ابر بہار He descended from heaven in Qadian, In this age, he emerged forth as the spring rain on dead terrain. از پئے تصدیق او از آسمان آمد ندا مهر و ماه ماه رمضان نیز نجم تاجدار Heaven spoke in his support, As also the sun, the moon, the month of Ramadan, and the comet. عیسی فرخ سیر ہم مہدی آخر زماں آمده از بهر تردید خیال کارزار The blessed Messiah and Mahdi of the Latter Days Has come to abolish the ideas of warfare. آنکه شد اسلام از کردار شال بس شرمسار از پیئے سرکوبی ایں غازیان جنگ جو He has come to chastise the [jihadi] warriors, And the ones whose character defames the name of Islam. ایں امامِ وقت آمد تا ز صدق و راستی راز ایمان بر جهانی می نماید آشکار The Imam of the Age has come to disclose with truth and veracity, The mystery of faith to the world. گفت ملک الناس در قرآں خدائے ذوالمنن این اشاره هست ظاہر بر وجود شهریار The Beneficent God speaks in the Holy Quran of the King of mankind- It is a manifest allusion to the existence of that king.
