213 heaven or from earth, for the safeguarding of the righteous and for the putting down of disorder; for as He is Merciful, He is also Wise. All praise belongs to Allah the Lord الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَلَمِينَ of the Universe.
