Their further investigation determined that the borrowed funds were utilized for mosque repairs. On the other hand, the bank realized that they failed to attain the corporate seal of our organization and so they decided to settle the matter with our national officers. As a result of this issue, the National Jam ā ‘ah had rewritten our By-Laws to prevent recurrence of such issues that may be inappropriate. AN ATTEMPT TO FORCIBLY BREAK INTO THE MOSQUE Two individuals came to the Chicago Mosque at night with the intent of breaking in.
