Although the Muslims never entertained any concept of shirk with regard to Ka‘bah, even then the Holy Prophet Muhammad sa instructed "Muslims to take oath if necessary, in the name of the Lord of the Ka‘bah". 19 Hadrat Ibne ‘Abb a s ra narrates that once a companion said to the Holy Prophet Muhammad sa ﻣَﺎ َ ﺷَﺂ ّٰء َُ اﻟﻠ وَﺷِﺌْﺖ "Whatever God wishes and whatever he (Holy Prophet Muhammad sa ) wishes would happen".
