Muhammad sa The Perfect Man 791 the things granted by God?" the Holy Prophet Muhammad sa replied, "The best morals are the best gift from God Almighty. " 5 The Holy Prophet Muhammad sa saw two men fighting with each other. One of them had red eyes and his veins were dilated. H u du r sa said, "I know of a prayer, if recited, it abates the anger. This prayer is; ْ ِ اٰﻋُﻮ ذُ ﺑ ِّٰ ِﺎH َ ﻣ َّﻦ ْ اﻟﺸ ٰ ﻴ ِ ﻄ َّﻦ ِ اﻟﺮ ْ ﺟ ﻴ ﻢ 'I seek refuge in All a h from the accursed S atan. ' 6 Hadrat Ab u Dharr ra relates; "The Holy Prophet Muhammad sa used to advise us, whenever somebody is angry, if he is standing, he should sit down. If his anger subsides, well and good, otherwise he should lie down. " 7 Similarly he said, "Every task should be carried out slowly and gently except the good deeds for the life Hereafter, which should be done speedily. " 8 Hadrat Anas ra relates; "I have never seen the Holy Prophet Muhammad sa turn his face away from a person even though he pestered him with too much talk. In the end this person himself would quieten down. It never happened that a person held the Holy Prophet Muhammad sa 's hand and H u du r sa withdrew his hand first. It was always the other person who would let go of his hand. " 9 The great quality of forbearance was a great distinction of the Holy Prophet
