If he had dates, he did not have enough bread and if he ate bread he did not have enough of dates. I am reminded of those times of hardship and could not help crying. " 48 One lady Companion felt that the Holy Prophet Muhammad sa needed a new dress. She brought a beautiful covering which she had embroidered with her own hands. While presenting it to H u du r sa she said, "O Messenger of All a h I wish that you use this shawl yourself".
