81 ُ بِآیِهَا ِ السَّمَاء َ أَغْبَرَت ْف ی کَ تَرٰی وَغَبَّرُوْا ْ وَعَابُوْا ُ آذَوْنِي الْقَوْم إِذَا You can see how the heavens poured down signs like a heavy rain, When the people wronged me, criticized me, and slandered me. ٍ وَّشَقْوَة ٍّ َ غَي ْ سُبْل ر یَّ َ تَتَخَ ال فَ ُ ِّر ك ِ وَفَـ َ النَّوَال ْ بَعْد َ تَبْخَلَن وَل So, adopt not the path of misguidance and wickedness, And act not miserly after being so generous—and reflect. ٍ ْبَة ی وَّغِ ٍّ ْ بِسَب لَحْمِي َ تَأْکُلُوْا وَل ُ ٌّ مُّدَمِّر ِّ سَم ِ الْحِب ْ بِوَجْه وَلَحْمِي And do not eat my flesh by way of vituperation and back-biting against me; And I swear by the blessed countenance of my Beloved that speaking ill of me behind my back is to eat a fatal poison. ْ فِنَاءَکُم ِ جِئْنَا َشْوَاق ْأ ِ ال بِأَجْنِحَة ُ فَنَحْضُر َا ی ْ عَطَا ُم ك ْ ْ مِن قُدِّمَت بِمَا We have come to your town in all keenness; We have come to you solely because of your favours upon us. ْ َفَتِي ال وَإِن ْ کُنْت َ قَد ْ سَاءَتْك َ أَمْر ُ خِ ُ فَسَل ْ مُرْسِلِي ْ مَا سَاء َ قَلْبَك َ وَاحْصُر If you are resentful of my Khilafat, You may pray fervently to the One who has sent me and ask Him why He has done so! ْ َ دَعْوَتِي ُ نَوَّر ّٰ ْ وَالل ِرُنِي ك ْ أَتُن ُ ٍ مُّنَوَّر َ بَدْر َ مِثْل ْ ھُو ُ مَن أَتَلْعَن Do you reject me while God has made my claim manifest? Would you curse the one who shines forth like the moon?
