145 ً ُ شَقْوَۃ الْغُوْل ٍ أَیُّـهَا ِذْب ك ِ َ ب نَطَقْت ُ ْف َ تَجْسُر ی ْد َ الرَّدٰی کَ ی َ َا ص ی َ خَف ِ هللا O evil-minded man! You have lied on account of your wickedness; O one who is awaited by death! Fear Allah. Why are you so audacious? ِ وَالْجَفَا ْب ی ِ َکَاذ ْأ ْ بِال ُ عِرْضِي أَتَقْصِد ُ َ تَـتَسَتَّر ِ ل َان ی َ الدَّ َ مِن أَنْت َ و Do you seek to undermine my honour by misstating facts about me? Verily, you are not hidden from the Chastiser. ً َت ِ زُجَاجَة ال َّ عَلَی الص َّ وَإِن ْ تَضْرِبَن ُ ْسَر ك َ الصَّخْر ُ بَل ْ إِن َّ الزُّجَاجَة َ تُ ال فَ If you hit the glass with a rock, It will not be the rock, but rather the glass that will shatter. ْ ُم ك تَعَالـٰی مَقَامِي ْ فَاخْتَفٰی مِن ْ عُیُوْنِ ُ َ یُسْتَر َ مَحَالَة ٍ ل ْع ی ِرَف ُّ کُل َ و High was my station, so I became hidden from your eyes; All who are distant and highly-stationed do become hidden. ُم ْ إِنَّا نَرٰی بَعْض َ آیِنَا ك ِ فِي ْ حِزْب َ و ْ فَتَأَخَّرُوْا ُم ك حِزْبَ دَعَوْنَا فَإِنَّا It was due to some people in your group that I witnessed some of the Signs; The reason was that I invited those people in your group [to a contest], and they turned away.
