Hazrat Mirza ghulam AHmAD 118 َك َ النَّاس ِ عِنْد َ أُولِي النُّهٰی ال فَإِن َّ ھَ ُ ٍ یُّدَمِّر َل ال ْ ضَ مِن أَوْلـٰی َ ُّ و أَحَب To the wise, it is better for a person, To be no more instead of dying a death of ignorance. ُ َخَاف ُ حَسِيْبَه ی ْ مَن ْ ذَا الَّذِي ْ مِنْهُم َ و ُ ثِر ْ یُؤ َ َبْغِي السَّدَاد َ و ی ْ مَن ْ ذَا الَّذِي َ و And, who is there among them who fears his Reckoner? And, who among them is opting for the path of righteousness? َ عَامِدًا ّٰ َفْجُر ُ الل ی َ مَن ْ ذَا الَّذِي ْ ل َ و ُ ٌ مُّطَھَّر ْف ی ِعَف ٌّ ْ بَر الَّذِي ْ ذَا مَن َ و And, who among them does not intentionally commit trans - gression against God? And, who among them is pious and righteous and has a pure heart? ِ ْ لِتُقَاتِه سَبَّنِي ْ مَا الَّذِي ْ ذَا مَن َ و ُ أُکْفِر َ ْ و َ أُوْذِي ْف ی ْ کَ َ ذَرُوْنِي قَال َ و And, who among them is the one who, out of his so-called sense of piety, has not hurled abuse at me, And has not pleaded others to forsake me, so that he could cause distress to me and declare me a disbeliever? ْ ِ کُلَّھُم َ الْقَوْم َّ أَکَابِر إِن َ َ و ْف ی کَ َ و ُ ُ مُشَھَّر الْحُسَام َّ ٌ و حِرَاص َّ عَلَي How can they prevent themselves from hurling abuse at me, While they are intent on taking my life and while the sword is drawn? ٌ ْھِم ْ رُعْب ُ صِدْقِي ْ مُعَظَّم ی ِن ْ عَلَ ك ٰ لـ َ و ُ ْث َ مَن ْ ھُو َ جَوْذَر ی ْف َ یُبَارِي اللَّ ی َ ك فَ In fact, they are overwhelmed by my grandeur; How can a mere calf dare to compete with a lion?
