Hazrat Mirza ghulam AHmAD 88 ُ ْت ُ جِدَالَه ی أَل َ رُب َّ خَصْم ٍ قَد ْ رَأَ ُ ْ یُّزَوِّر ُ مَن مِثْلَه ْنَا ی َٔرَا ْ إِن وَمَا Beware! I have seen many debaters, But I have never seen a deceiver like him. ٍ ِ سَاعَة ثُلْث ِ إِلٰی ُ لِمَبْحَثِه عَجِبْت ُ أَکَان َ مَحَل ُّ الْبَحْث ِ أَو ْ کَان َ مَيْسِر I was surprised that he gave only twenty minutes to [speak in] the debate. Was it meant to be a debate, or just a game of chance? ُ َ تَذْکُر کُنْت ً کُلَّمَا ال ِ مَھْ ْفِر ك أَمُ ُ َ مُظَفَّر َّ أَنْت ْ ثُم ِ کَمِثْلِي وَأَمْل O one who calls me a disbeliever! Put aside the past, And compose a qa si dah as I have. If you succeed in composing one, you will emerge victorious. ً ْت ُ بِأَن ْ تَخْتَار َ فِي النَّمْق ِ رُفْقَة ی رَضِ ُ ر ِّ َ نُعَی ْ ل ِم ھ َءِ ال إِمْ عَلٰی وَإِنَّا I am pleased for you to even seek partners to assist you if you fear that you will lose the competition; I would not hold you accountable if they assisted you in writ - ing down the qa si dah. َا أَبَا الْوَفَا ی فَمَا الْخَوْف ُ فِي ْ ھٰذَا الْوَغَا ُ ْ أَصْغَر ْ أَو ْ ظَفَر ٌ أَو ِ حُسَيْن لِیُمْل Sanaullah! Why be afraid of the contest? Let the qa si dah be composed by Muhammad Husain or Qazi Zafr-ud-Din or Asghar Ali.
