~ 3 ~ Abasement: Jews smit- ten with ¬ , They shall be smitten with abasement wherever they are found unless they are protected by a covenant with Allah or by a covenant with men. They have in- curred the wrath of Allah, and have been smitten with wretchedness. That is be- cause they rejected the Signs of Allah and sought to slay the Prophets un- justly. That is because they rebelled and used to trans- gress. 3:113 of Satan, God said, 'Then go down hence; it is not for thee to be arrogant here. Get out; thou art certainly of those who are abased. ' 7:14 of calf wor- shippers , A s to those, who took the calf for worship, wrath from their Lord shall over- take them and abasement in the present life. And thus do We reward those who invent lies. 7:153 of oppo- nents of Allah and His Messen- ger, Those who oppose Allah and His Messenger will, surely, be abased even as those before them were abased; and We have already sent down clear Signs. 58:6
