//////////// the English,so, after 12 Years when the English Govt۔had firmly established itself through treachery, treason and cruelty a commission from England was sent to India in 1869 to study the Muslim mind towards the English and work out plans to bring them round۔The commission stayed for full one year in India to have firsi hand knowledge about them۔In 1870 a Conference was hald in London in which, besides the representatives of the commission the missionary digiritories working in India were especially invited to particicpate۔Both the parties submitted separate reports which were published under the title of, arrival of the British Empire in India? an extract of it is given below:- Sir William Hunter's Report:- It is an artiol of faith with the Muslims that they can never accept a heretic foreign rule and it is their religious duty to wage a war (Jehad) to rid the country of it۔This Conception of the Holy war is the basis of their enthusiasm, fanaticism and will to secrifice and for this they are ever ready for Jehad۔This type of belief can always array them against the Govt۔5
