Part I—Shahzada Sahib’s Gravesite 27 ‘Peace on you’—a word of greeting from the Merciful Lord. (36:59) As a result, the pain subsided before morning. After the mar- tyrdom, Ahmad Noor Kabuli ra brought a hair from the body of Shahzada Sahib ra and presented it to the Promised Messiah as in Qadian. The Promised Messiah as placed the hair in a small bottle that had a wide opening and closed it. He then tied that bottle with a thread and hung it on the hook in Bait-ud-Dua. He also stated: A hair of his has been brought here [to Qadian] from which a beautiful scent emanates to this day. It is hanging in a part of Bait-ud-Dua. At another instance, with regards to Shahzada Sahib ra, he wrote with: The deceased has given a great example for my Community. At another place he wrote: Just as his face was full of light, so was his heart. He always gave preference to religion over the world. His faith was so strong that even if I compare it to a great mountain, I am afraid that my simile would be deficient. The Promised Messiah as also said: Although Abdul Latif has been killed, in reality, we regard him as living and he will never die.
