20 May 1908 559 The Essence of the Claim to Prophethood The Promised Messiah as said: I have not claimed to be a Prophet in the sense that the mullahs project to mislead people. My claim of receiving revelation and being a Warner and being a follower of the Shariah of the Holy Prophet s as has been the same from the very beginning and there is nothing new about it.
