Malfuzat - English translation of Urdu Volume 10 322 Majesty, glory, awe, and eminence were in attendance to bear wit- ness to his veracity. Setting their eyes upon him and moving on, people would come, behold him, and leave. Hindus and Sikhs would salute and greet him in their way and Muslims in their own style. People were trying to catch a glimpse of the luminous face of the Promised Messiah as , peeping through the windows, standing on the platform, and on the foot boards on the other side of the train. No one was able to get his heart’s fill. Seek a Verdict from the Holy Quran Regarding the Life and Death of the Messiah [Jesus] During this time, a person who was a Muslim arrived with a few others. The Promised Messiah as invited him into the train and sat him next to himself. The Promised Messiah as addressed him in response to his question, as follows: The testimony of God is more trustworthy than any other. We have the Holy Word of God in the form of the Holy Quran. Now, it is an occasion to ponder whether or not this word has been used for any other Prophet in the Holy Quran. We clearly find that this same word تَوَفِّی [ tawaffi ] has been used for 1. I will cause you to die a natural death ( S u rah A l-e-‘Imr a n, 3:56). [Publisher] 2. But since You did cause me to die ( S u rah al-M a ’idah, 5:118). [Publisher]
