Malf uza t - English translation of Urdu Volume 8 18 ا. ںی ا ایگ ٹ ںی پ اٹیپل ںی نفک ںیم [Wrapped up in a shroud] and then, clearly: ِِّٰ وَإِنَّآ إِلَیْہ ِ رٰجِعُوْنَ. هّٰلل َّا إِن ِِّٰ وَإِنَّآ إِلَیْہ ِ رٰجِعُوْنَ. هّٰلل َّا إِن ۴۷ ربس یک رمع. Forty-seven years of age. Surely, to Allah we belong and to Him shall we return. All these revelations were foreboding his death, but I desired his well-being. For this reason I was desirous to see these rev- elations fulfilled in some other sense. However, these revela- tions clearly set forth Allah’s decree, and they were ultimately fulfilled. After considering these revelations, I have come to under- stand one point. When the time of death comes, it is not the time for prayer because Allah the Exalted makes His will man- ifest. Similarly, the result can also be observed in cases of fatal diseases. However, it is the power of God Almighty that a strange thing was seen in the case of Maulaw i Sahib. His original illness of cancer, called carbuncle in English, was completely cured. He saw this himself by passing his hand over it and said, I will begin walking in a few days. Finally, due to pleurisy, he developed a severe fever that reached 106 degrees, and he passed away in this condition. Nevertheless, he survived this disease for 51 days. This increase in days also indicates the acceptance of prayers, and Almighty Allah freed him at last from this disease. But so far as death is concerned, no one is spared nor can be spared. His wife inti- mated that he used to say that God had come to call him many times, but it kept getting delayed.
