Malf uza t - English translation of Urdu Volume 8 366 17 April 1906 The Practice of Allah with Respect to Miracles The Promised Messiah as said: Some people desire that the miracles they ask for be shown to them. This is not right. This is not the practice of Allah the Exalted. If satisfaction is provided to the extent that God Almighty’s law permits providing satisfaction, then a person becomes liable to be held to account. God’s Acceptance of Those who Enter this Jam a ‘at The Promised Messiah as said: God Almighty has told me that He will accept those who enter this Jam a ‘at. The rest who persist in their stubbornness and deny by way of wretchedness cannot be held to be righteous. Religious Wisdom is Sharpened by Righteousness The Promised Messiah as said: Religious intellect and worldly intellect are different. Those trained in worldly wisdom cannot claim that they have also acquired religious wisdom. Instead, religious wisdom is sharp- ened by taqw a [righteousness]. God Almighty has said:
