14 September 1907 385 1 َلاَق ُتْنَمٰا ٗهَّنَا ۤاَل َهٰلِا اَّلِا ْۤيِذَّلا ْتَنَمٰا ٖهِب اْۤوُنَب َلْيِءٓاَرْسِا َواَنَا َنِم َنْيِمِلْسُمْلا َلاَق ُتْنَمٰا ٗهَّنَا ۤاَل َهٰلِا اَّلِا ْۤيِذَّلا ْتَنَمٰا ٖهِب اْۤوُنَب َلْيِءٓاَرْسِا َواَنَا َنِم َنْيِمِلْسُمْلا He gained only this much benefit from this that God said that He would protect his body, but his soul would not be saved, and then eventually God brought his body to shore. He was a man of a small stature. In short, when man advances towards sin and disobedience, the case is that of: 2 اَل َنْوُرِخْاَتْسَي۠ ًةَعاَس َّواَل َنْوُمِدْقَتْسَي اَل َنْوُرِخْاَتْسَي۠ ًةَعاَس َّواَل َنْوُمِدْقَتْسَي When the appointed hour of calamity strikes, it does not waver. Man ought to establish a relationship with God in advance but: ہن اکر ِ اخامن اتس ںیہن ریت ج یال زفل وت � ںیہن � ِ ایعیاری اتس ریت ی ر ہلسلس رنتف رط� ی ہک ز� To romanticise about your locks is not for men faint of heart, For to come under the shade of your locks requires a crafty plan. It is indeed the case that only the followers of the Prophets are such that they do not move at all except as a Jam a ‘at. The peo- ple who fall into impiety and immorality during the lives of Prophets and do not care about the consequences and attack the righteous, God Almighty says about such people: 3 َواَل ُفاَخَي اَهٰبْقُع َواَل ُفاَخَي اَهٰبْقُع 1. He said, ‘I believe that there is no God but He in Whom the children of Israel believe, and I am of those who submit to Him’ ( S u rah Y u nus, 10:91). [Publisher] 2. They cannot remain behind a single moment, nor can they get ahead of it ( S u rah al-A‘r a f, 7:35). [Publisher] 3. And He cared not for the consequences thereof ( S u rah ash-Shams, 91:16).
