104 With Love to Muhammad sa the Kh ā tam-un-Nabiyy ī n means that there is no law-bearing prophet (after him), because there is no prophet after him. Hence, this is similar to his statement: “When the Caesar shall die, there is no Caesar after him, and when the Khosroe shall die, there shall be no Khosroe after him. It has been narrated by Sufy ā n bin ‘Uyainah who narrated it from Zuhr ī.
