96 With Love to Muhammad sa the Kh ā tam-un-Nabiyy ī n Had ī th Number 2 – Statement made to Hazrat ‘Al ī ra a أن a @icا a ا:تخcف a و a تبوک a اF a خرج a :cم a و a @icہ a اﷲ a c< a اﷲ a ر:ول a eG a تaون a ان a ٰ تر= a أﻻ a Cال a اWeFاء a و a اiYFبان a B a اتخc_e a B`ال a ٰ Gو: a Gن a Kارون a بedزFۃ ب]دی a Hب a iFس a أHہ a اﻻ The Messenger of All ā h sa went out for Tab ū k, appointing Hazrat ‘Al ī ra as his deputy (in Medina). Hazrat ‘Al ī ra said, “Do you want to leave me with the children and women?” The Prophet sa said, “Will you not be pleased that you will be to me like Aaron was to Moses? But there will be no prophet after me”. 83 About the above had ī th , Hazrat Mirz ā T ā hir Ahmad rh states: There is another had ī th that our opponents frequently quote to support their position. The had ī th reads: “Sa ī d Bin Al-Musayyab reports on the authority of Ā mir Bin Sa‘ad Bin Ab ī Waqq ā s who reports on the authority of his father (All ā h be pleased with them): The Holy Prophet sa said to Hazrat ‘Al ī ra : ‘You are to me what Aaron was to Moses, except there is no prophet after me’. ” Another version of the had ī th of Sah ī h Bukh ā r ī reads: “. . . except that you are not a prophet. ” Still another version quoted by Masnad Ahmad Bin Hanbal reads: “. . .
