With Love to Muhammad (sa) - The Khatam-un-Nabiyyin — Page 206
206 With Love to Muhammad sa the Kh ā tam-un-Nabiyy ī n ā ’immah agreed upon. We simply disagree with the translation and commentary that Farhan Khan derives from their sayings. 220 He has tried to show that they did not believe in the coming of any kind of prophet whatsoever and this is against the sayings of the Holy Prophet sa as well as the will and practical testimony of All ā h the Almighty. We reinforce our position with the opinion of the sah ā ba ra. In our research, we have discovered that there were at least six sah ā ba ra who interpreted the phrase Kh ā tam-un-Nabiyy ī n in exactly the same way as the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jam ā ‘at. No one can deny this interpretation because it was promoted by those sah ā ba ra who were held in high esteem among the companions ra of the Holy Prophet Muhammad sa. The next four pages are an extract of Ad-Durr-ul-Manth ū r , which is basically a book containing prophetic narrations in commentary of verses of the Holy Qur’ ā n. It was compiled by Hazrat Im ā m Jal ā l-ud- D ī n Suy ū t ī rh , mujaddid of the 9 th century after Hegira. 220 This has specifically been proven in the cases of Hazrat Im ā m Jal ā l-ud-D ī n Suy ū t ī rh , Hazrat Shaikh Ahmad Sirhind ī rh and Hazrat Sh ā h Wali-ull ā h Muhaddas Dehlaw ī rh later in this chapter.
