Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih III rta 30 PERIOD OF KHILAFAT 1965 to 1982 Some Important Events and Initiatives The Khilafat of Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih III rta began in 1965 with glad tidings given by Allah the Almighty and came to its conclusion in 1982 bearing proof of the bounties of the Living God. In the Annual Convention held at the beginning of his Khilafat, Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih III rta stated: “I wish to tell the entire Community present here and the whole world with absolute conviction that there is going to be a magnificent change in the world within the next twenty-five to thirty years.
