But Islam also recognises and accepts the natural results of individual capacity and the right to the fruit of individual effort. . This is the natural way to maintain a right balance between two extremes. . Natural Incentive to Individual effort. . Against this, Communism, by collectivising the sources of wealth destroys personal initiative, by and large the strongest motive for one putting forth one's best.
