" 73 THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE REPRESENTATIVES OF MAJLIS MUSHAWRAT Hadrat Khalifatul Masih II ra further said: "This is a decision which I want to communicate to the Jam a ‘ats through their representatives who have come here. We have observed the results after reminding them politely of the gravity of the situation. It is the duty of these representatives to adopt either such measures that no person should remain a defaulter after claiming to be an Ahmad i , or should adopt that method which I have just told, i. e. , they should report to the Markaz about such non-payers. They would be brought to account if they do not remove that weakness and would be given any one of the following disciplinary action. Either they will not be elected as representative or will not be given any office in Jam a ‘at or they will not be allowed to have personal meeting with me, and even then if they persistently show carelessness, the Jam a ‘at will show aloofness of them, because they did not fulfil the duty of caring for the Jam a ‘at.
