If, however, owing to some pressing circumstances, he is unable to do so, he shall, in the prescribed manner, seek permission and extension of time from Majlis K a rpard a z. (Rule 55) 9. Such part of the Provident Fund on which H i ss a Wa s iyyat has not been paid and the Provident Fund is paid to the survivors, after M usi 's death, shall be treated as M usi 's Tarkah and H i ss a Wa s iyyat shall be payable thereon. (Rule 59) 10. S adr Anjuman Ahmad i yya, shall be competent to cancel, on the recommendation of Majlis K a rpard a z , the Wa s iyyat of a M usi who fails to pay Chanda H i ss a A mad for six months from the date when it falls due and does not get extension from the office showing cause of his inability. (Rule 68) 11. It is binding upon every M usi at the end of each year, in view of his payments in H i ss a A mad , to send a testimonial to the Wa s iyyat office in accordance with Schedule 'C'. If such testimonial is not received, the case of such a M usi shall be brought before Majlis K a rpard a z for consideration. (Rule 69) 12. The Wa s iyyat of such M usi 's heirs, who fail to pay according to their undertaking the arrears of buried M usi s and, who do not upon showing cause, get extension of time shall be cancelled.
