110 5. Daftar V : consists of Muj a hid i n from 2004 onward. While inaugurating daftar V , Hadrat Khalifatul Masih V at said: "……The principle laid down by Hadrat Mu s l ih Ma‘ u d ra was that Ta h r i k-e-Jad i d would be divided into 19 year periods. In keeping with this principle, Daftar IV has completed its 19 years and Daftar V begins from today. From now on, all the new Muj a hid i n who join the Financial Sacrifices of Ta h r i k-e-Jad i d will become part of Daftar V , Insh a ’allah. Those who have joined A h amdiyyat in the past few years and have not yet joined Ta h r i k-e-Jad i d should be made part of it. These people too will join Daftar V. As I have said before, such new Ahmad i s need to be told that it is essential to make financial sacrifices, and also that, even the message of Ahmad i yyat which reached them, actually, was the result of sacrifices that people made for Ta h r i k- e-Jad i d. They should, therefore, join this Ta h r i k , not only to improve their own lives, but also to join the ranks of those who help to convey this message farther. I know that there are a lot of such people, especially in India and Africa, who have not been made part of financial sacrifices. You have to bring them into this system. Moreover, from now on all newborn Ahmad i children will also become part of Daftar V. " Moreover he said: "…. Hadrat Muslih Ma‘ud ra once said that the institution of Ta h r i k-e-Jad i d is a forerunner to Ni za m-e- Wa s iyyat, which means that Ta h r i k-e-Jad i d will help strengthen Ni za m-e-Wa s iyyat and it will become the basis for people to get used to make financial sacrifices. It will be like a precursor or herald that will announce the coming of a great Institution behind it, which will be called Ni za m-e-Wa s iyyat. And as I have already mentioned that there is a deep connection between Ni za m-e-Wa s iyyat and Ni za m-e-Khilafat. Moreover, with Ni za m-e-Wa s iyyat, our standard of sacrifices also
