36' no amount of outward conformity to religious injunctions could avail in the absence of the purity of the heart, and that, on the other hand, the mind could not be trained and developed without the help of outward conformity. For a perfect development of man, therefore, it is necessary that regard must be had for both these aspects. . Moraltiy. 8. In respect of morals, he taught that all men are born which pure and untainted natures and whatever corruption appears can be directly attributed to faulty education or wrong upbringing. . That is why he always insisted on high education and high upbringing. . Self Purification. 9. He used to emphasise the fact too, that the real object of good morals is the true transformation of one's self as well as the others. . Therefore true morals are those which help in purifying ourselves as well as others, He would not stress one aspect of a question alone, he would keep in view all sides of thing. He
