3 1 2 The disbelievers shall never find a way to lay blame upon the believers. 3 The reality of the fatwa of heresy issued by Mi yan Nadh i r H usain; the true nature of his artificial victory, and an invitation to him and his followers to come to T HE H EAVENLY D ECREE Though Mi yan Nadh i r H usain is himself not immune to fatwas of heresy—and has been declared first among the heretics of India, he shows as much zeal in declaring other Muslims to be kafirs [non-believers] as is shown by pious people in converting others into 1 In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.
