حضرت مسیح علیہ السلام کا دعوی از روئے قرآن و انجیل - 239 لوگوں کو ثبوت ملتا، خواہ مسئلہ ان کی سمجھ میں آتا یا نہ آتا۔مگر اس نام نہاد کلام الہی کا محفوظ نہ رہنا اس کا سا را اعتبار گنوا دیتا ہے۔اس کے متعلق دو حوالے درج کئے جاتے ہیں تاکہ کسی قدر یہ تو معلوم ہو سکے کہ بائیبل کی الہا می حیثیت کیا ہے۔1: چنانچہ Bible Dictionary (مطبوعہ 1973 از Miller J۔Lane) زیرلفظ New Testament صفحہ ۴۳۹ پر لکھا ہے: "D۔N۔T represents a large body of Christian literature written before the 4th century when after a long controversy, the present canon was adopted۔2۔The New Testament & Its Making and Meaning" by Albert میں لکھا ہے۔Barnett "How ever highly and desiredly Christians have valued and continue to value the New Testament۔The fact is that instead of producing christianity, the new testament was it self the product of the developing Christian movement۔This collection of writings that became the New Testament and the individual books that found a place in that collection came into existance as phases of the growth of the church۔Yet from the outset Christian has a Bible, The old Testament was the scripture of the premetive church, and its proper interpretation rather than its supplimentation by the addition of the new books was the preferance of Christian readers for more that a century, In no instances were the books that now make up the New Testament written for inclusion in a Bible۔" ان حوالوں سے عہد نامہ جدید کی حیثیت کا علم ہوتا ہے کہ ایک کثیر تعدا دلٹریچر میں سے تھوڑ سا
