Hakam & Adl: The One to Unify the Ummah 26 Allah, the Knower of the Unseen, and said “This is my commentary; and now it is bestowed upon you; rejoice for that which has been bestowed upon you. ” Thus, I stretched forth my hand and took the commentary and thanked Allah the Almighty and Bestower of All Things.
