The Gulf Crisis & The New World Order Then, how can their eyes fail to observe what was happening in Iraq while they were actively supporting it? At that time they wanted that at no cost should Iran gain supremacy over Iraq, or achieve dominance over the Arab world: that Iran must be denied the victory of any kind. They feared lest the whole region slip out of their control and dominance. At that time, it was Iran that was screaming that the use of chemical weapons was an outrage and injustice, and was even supporting its claim with the help of photographs of the victims of gas attacks. After showing a few glimpses, the West stopped showing those horrible pictures to the world. Now that they have decided to disgrace and humiliate this 'sick and mad man' who was the product of their own creation to begin with, they have started showing those gruesome pictures which were once shown by Iran. They are now showing these photographs and orchestrating before the world saying: 'how could they expect decency and fair play from such a tyrant? How could the world remain unharmed from the atrocities of such a tyrant who did not show sympathy or mercy even towards his own kinsmen or towards his Iranian Muslim brothers. ' REACTION OF THE WEST So the reaction and methodology of the West is the same as before, paying no attention to the disease which produces such sick minds. They disregard those forces and powers - and indeed they constitute the very powers which produce, sustain and help the production of such sick minds. They ignore the ailment which gives rise to such births and continue to suckle them to their ultimate maturity. In the end, they only focus the attention of the world towards those diseased heads, because it is these heads which they have decided to sever. This is done to show to the world that a 'diseased head' has again surfaced which is destined to be dismembered, otherwise it will pose a threat to the other 'heads' of the world. The ultimate question remains: why do such diseased minds continue to be created? It is because of the aggressive, repressive and cruel attitude of the West towards the Muslims,especially the Arab and Iranian Muslims. This was despite the fact that the West won the friendship of many of these countries whom they backed and apparently even helped. 63
