Sixteemh Friday Sermon Mar 08, 1991 supremacy of the demands of justice. And whoever fails to respect the demands of justice would be expelled from the framework. THE NEED OF A NEW UNITED NATIONS FOR THE THIRD WORLD It is also worth mentioning that the Gulf War and the events that took place during it have taught the Third world nations another very important lesson, that the present system of the United Nations bas become outdated. That is to say, as far as the interests of the Third world are concerned, the system within the United Nations bas become completely outmoded and is worthy of being discarded. As long as Russia was opposed to the U. S. or bad a rivalry with her, the U. They will only be used for the benefit of those who accept the yolk of their enslavement and prostrate at their feet - for them, the U. N. will bring riches and create all kinds of facilities and grant them awards of honour and extend to them offers of friendship. Every kind of benefit attainable through disgrace, humiliation and meanness would be available for the Third world countries. But there 326
