Fourth Frid ay Senno11 Aug 24, 1990 THE REAL NATURE OF THE DIFFERENCFS BETWEEN USSR AND CHINA The long-standing disputes between Russia and China are said to be mostly based on their divergent views on the ideology of Communism. That is to say, the concept of Communism in the Soviet Union is at variance with that of China. They disagree with each other in their philosophies of Communism. Their interpretations of the application of this concept are also far apart and, therefore, no common ground has developed between the two nations.
