The Gulf Crisis & The New World Order be invoked by these states for winning freedom from the United Republics of Russia. This theory can even be exploited for a revolt but not because the others do not offer 'Salat' prayers, a Jihad is called for. Nor would it be done due to the apprehension that their freedom of religion would be curtailed in the emerging set-up, but for entirely different reasons.
