You may enter into which ever agreements you wish between the nations of the world, and draw whatever new maps you want, but as long as you will not tum to the justice of Islam, as long as you will not seek shelter in the morals of the Holy Prophet Muhammad. . . who was sent to the world as a "Mercy for Humanity", you will not succeed.
