کے باعث پانی میں غرق کر دئے گئے ارشاد باری تعالی ہے : فَأَخَذْنَهُ وَجَنُودَهُ فَنَبَدْ لَهُم فِي اليَمَ فَانظُر كَيْفَ كَانَ عَاقِبَةُ الظَّالِمِین ( سورۃ ۲۸ آیت (۴۱) پس ہم نے ( تکبر کی سزا میں) اسکو بھی اور اس کے لشکروں کو بھی پکڑ لیا اور انکو سمندر میں پھینک دیا پس دیکھو ظالموں کا انجام کیسا ہوا دنیا میں ہم یہ بات مشاہدہ کرتے ہیں کہ مختلف ممالک میں ڈکٹیٹر اور گستاخ حکمران کچھ عرصہ حکومت کرتے تختہ الٹنے پر وہ گمنامی کی زندگی میں روپوش ہو جاتے ہیں آہ کس طرح طاقتور لوگ قہر مذلت میں گرائے جاتے ہیں زندگی میں ہمیں جتنا بڑارتبہ حاصل ہوتا ہے اسی قدر ہمیں زیادہ عاجزی سے پیش آنا چاہئے۔سینٹ آگسٹین نے کیا خوب کہا ہے : اگر تم مجھ سے دریافت کرو کہ مذہب میں سب سے پہلی اور بنیادی چیز کونسی ہے تو میرا جواب یہ ہے کہ سب سے پہلی۔دوسری تیسری چیز عا جزی و فروتنی ہے: حضرت میرزا غلام احمد صاحب بانی سلسلہ جماعت احمدیہ۔مسیح موعود و مہدی موعود نے فرمایا ہے : I tell you truly that on the Day of Judgement, other than the association of anything with God, no vice shall rank as high as arrogance۔This is a vice that humiliates a person in both worlds۔( Aeenah Kamalate Islam) Everyone who looks down upon a brother because he esteems himself more learned, wiser or more proficient than him is arrogant in as much as he does not esteem God as the fountainhead of all intelligence and knowledge and deems himself as something has God not got the power to afflict him with lunacy and to bestow upon his brother whom he considers small better intelligence, knowledge and higher proficiency than him۔? So also he who, out of a mistaken conception of his wealth, status or dignity, looks down upon his brother, is arrogant because he forgets that his wealth, status and dignity were bestowed upon him by God۔
