386 S u rah al-K a fir u n, Chapter 109 o Anyone who will recognize and comprehends the importance of these S u rahs, will necessarily command great respect. • The Holy Prophet sa used to recite S u rah al-K a fir u n in the second Rak‘ah of Vitr Prayers (Musnad H akam). • The Holy Prophet sa advised one of his Companions to recite S u rah al-K a fir u n at night and go to sleep saying its last verses as they contain rejection of Shirk (associating partners with Allah the Exalted). • 2 The Promised Messiah as explained that S u rah al- K a fir u n is recited in the first Rak‘ah of Prayer of Istikh a rah ( a special Prayer to seek Allah's guidance in making this important decision ). o Islam does not allow omen and premonition, it advises on prayers to seek guidance from Allah for a particular matter.
