Huzur stayed in prostration offering prayers for a long time. ” 30 Similarly, another teacher, Hadhrat Mufti Muhammad Sadiq sahib presents his impressions in these words: “Because I accepted Bai’at at the hands of the Promised Messiah [as] at the end of 1890, and because I continued to visit, I have been observing Hadhrat Musleh Mau’ood [ra] from a young age; how he was always modest, well- mannered and sincere and always inclined towards the spiritual. And from a very young age he was interested in the religious affairs of the Promised Mes- siah [as]. Often Huzur would accompany the Promised Messiah [as] for the obligatory prayers in the Jamia Mosque and would listen to the sermon. Once, I recall when Huzur was about ten years of age, Huzur was stood in prayers next to the Promised Messiah [as] in the Aqsa Mosque and then crying profusely in prostration. By nature he possessed the love of Allah and was fond of His prophets. ” 31
