48 Allah, indeed, is my Creator and the Soul of my soul; He is such a Beloved to Whom my soul is wholly devoted. To Him belongs Oneness in all praises; And to Him belongs the highest heights. Stand for Him if you perceive His value; And, by devoting your heart and soul, run fast and move forward. His Kingdom is everlasting owing to the power of His Being; And to Him belongs Holiness and grandeur owing to His Independence. My heart became overwhelmed with the love of His Countenance; So much so that I cast aside my ego and the desires it entails.
