The Plague 95 despite the fact that it is wreaking havoc all around it outside a two-kilometre radius. Moreover, anyone who has come to Qadian, after being afflicted by the plague, has been cured. Could there be greater proof than the fact that everything that had been foretold four years ago has come to pass? In fact the plague had been foretold twenty-two years ago in Brāhīn-eAḥmadiyya, and no one possesses such foreknowledge, except God. The message that God revealed to me for removing this disease is that people should wholeheartedly accept me as the Promised Messiah. . Had I made a mere claim without an argument, as. Mian Shams-ud-Din, Secretary, Himayat-e-Islam Lahore, or Padre White Brecht have done in their announcements, I too could be accused of talking irrationally, whereas the fact is that whatever I had foretold has come to pass. . And only recently God has revealed to me: مَا كَانَ اللَّهُ لِيُعَذِّبَهُمْ وَاَنْتَ فِيهِمُ - إِنَّةَ أوَى الْقَرْيَةَ لَوْلَا الْإِكْرَامُ لَهَلَكَ الْمُقَامُ إِنِّي أَنَا الرَّحْمَنُ دَافِعُ الْأَذَى إِنِّي لَا يَخَافُ لَدَى الْمُرْسَلُونَ إِنِّي حَفِيظٌ - إِنِّي مَعَ الرَّسُوْلِ أَقْوَمُ وَالُومُ مَنْ يَلُومُ - أَفْطِرُ وَاَصُومُ - غَضِبْتُ غَضَبًا شَدِيدًا- الْأَمْرَاضُ تُشَاءُ وَالنُّفُوسُ تُضَاعُ إِلَّا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا وَلَمْ يَلْبِسُوا إِيْمَانَهُمْ بِظُلْمٍ أُولَئِكَ لَهُمُ الْأَمْنُ وَهُمْ مُّهْتَدُونَ إِنَّا نَاتِي الْأَرْضَ نَنْقُصُهَا مِنْ أَطْرَافِهَا إِنِّي أُجَيِّزُ الْجَيْشَ فَأَصْبَحُوا فِي دَارِهِمْ جَاثِمِينَ سَنُرِيهِمْ آيَاتِنَا فِي الْأَفَاقِ وَفِي أَنْفُسِهِمُ نَصُرْمِنَ اللهِ وَفَتْحٌ مُّبِينٌ إِنِّي بَايَعْتُكَ بَا يَعَنِي رَبِّي - أَنْتَ مِنِّي بِمَنْزِلَةِ اَوْلَادِى اَنْتَ مِنّى وَاَنَا مِنْكَ - عَسَى أَنْ يَبْعَثَكَ رَبُّكَ مَقَامًا مَّحْمُودًا - الْفَوْقُ مَعَكَ وَالتَّحْتُ مَعَ اَعْدَائِكَ فَاصْبِرُ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ اللَّهُ بِأَمْرِهِ - يَأْتِي عَلَى جَهَنَّمَ زَمَانٌ لَّيْسَ فِيهَا أَحَدٌ
