جس کی دعا سے آخر لیکھو مرا تھا کٹ کر ماتم پڑا تھا گھر گھر وہ میرزا یہی ہے صفحہ 104 Lekh Ram was an exponent of a new Hindu sect, the Arya Samaj۔It had originated in India during the time of the Founder of the Ahmadiyya Movement۔Seeing the deteriorating condition of the Muslims this sect planned to convert them to Hinduism and started a vilifying campaign against Islam۔Lekh Ram surpassed all the leaders in publishing scurrilous articles۔He would portray the Holy Prophet (PBUH), the best of mankind, as the worst of it and also the Holy Quran, the best guidance for humanity as the worst book۔The Promised Messiah (AS) tried to explain the truth of Islam to him but all in vain۔Lekh Ram grew more and more offensive in abusing the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and ridiculing the Promised Messiah۔He demanded a Divine sign in support of the truth of Islam from the Promised Messiah(AS)۔The Promised Messiah (AS) prayed to God, Who informed him about Lekh Ram's death in the near future۔Lekh Ram wanted a time limit to be specified about his abasement۔Eventually, the Promised Messiah(AS) learnt from the Almighty God that Lekh Ram would meet his disgraceful end within six years commencing from February 20۔The Promised Messiah published it widely۔He also added: If within six years from today, the 20th February 1893, this man does not meet with punishment from God, which is unusual in severity and is a terrifying manifestation of Divine wrath then everybody is at liberty to consider that I am not from God, nor this prophecy a Divine revelation۔If I turn out to be a liar then I am ready to undergo any punishment devised for me۔I would be willing that a rope may be put around my neck and I should be dragged and hung on a cross۔He also wrote, 'Now it is up to the Ariyas that they pray one and all for averting this punishment from their adovocate۔' These published revelations foretold the following events about him: Lekh Ram would suffer a dreadful punishment resulting in death۔16
