Explaining another Quranic verse: َ سَمِیۡع ٌ عَلِیۡم ٌ ﴿ ّللَہ َََلَق َ فَاِن ََ ا و َ اِن ۡ عَزَمُّوا الط ۲۲۸ ﴾ (2:228) the Promised Messiah (on who m be peace) says: ‘And when they make a firm decision to give divorce they should be mindful that God is All - Hearing and All - Knowing.
