قرض قرح إِلَيْهِ مِنْ حَبْلِ الْوَرِيْدِ : We are nearer to him than even his jugular vein Of that which : مَمَّا تَرَكَ الْوَالِدَانِ وَالْاَقْرَبُوْنَ (plural) أَقْرَبُوْنَ . (50:17) parents and near relations leave )4:8( مُقَرَّبُوْنَ )plural of مُقَرَّبٌ which is pass. part. from قَرَّبَ( : Near (unto God) or honoured. الْمَلَائِكَةُ الْمُقَرَّبُوْنَ : Angels near (unto God( )4:173( قُرْبَانُ : Sacrifice. إِذْ قَرَّبَ قُرْبَانًا : When each of them offered a sacrifice )5:28( مَقْرَبَةٌ )syn. with قُرْبى and قَرَابَةٌ( : Kinship, kin, relationship. يَتِيْمًا ذَا مَقْرَبَةٍ : An orphan near of kin )90:16(. قَرَحَ ]aor. يَفْرَحُ inf. noun قَرْحٌ and قُرْحٌ )or the latter is a simple substitution(. قَرَحَهُ : He wounded him. قَرَحَهُ بِالْحَقِّ : He accused him to his face with truth. قَرَحَ )said of a horse): He finished teething. قَرَحَتْ )inf. noun )قَرَاحُ said of a she-camel: She was or became in a manifest state of pregnancy. قَرَحَ بِشْرًا : He dug a well in a place in which no well had ben dug or a place wherein water was not yet found. قَرْحٌ and قُرْحٌ : A wound; corrupt ulcer; swelling or sore; a severe scab or mange that destroys young weaned camels. أَصَابَهُمُ الْقَرْحُ : They had received an injury (3:173). اقْرَدَ and قَرَّدَ and قَرِدَ [قَرَدْ قَرِدَ ]aor. يَقْرَدُ inf. noun : It (a tanned skin) became worm-eaten; he (a man) was or became silent by reason of impotence of speech; he was or became abject and humble or submissive; he stuck or clave to the earth. قَرَّدَهُ : He wheedled or cajoled him. قِرْدٌ )plural( قِرَدَةٌ( : The ape; the monkey; the baboon. كُوْنُوْا قِرَدَةً خَاسِئِينَ : Beye apes, despised (2:66). لک قَرَضَ ]aor. يَقْرِضُ inf. noun قَرَضَهُ . [ قَرْضٌ : He cut it, namely a thing or a piece of cloth. قَرَضَ الْمَكَانَ : He turned aside or away from the place; قَرَضَ فِي سَيْرِهِ : He turned to the right and left in his going or journeying. قَرَضَ فِي الْأَرْضِ : He traversed the land. تَقْرِضُهُمْ ذَاتَ : It turns away from them on the left )18:18( قَرَّضَ رِبَاطَهُ : He died. أَقْرَضَهُ : He cut off for him a portion to be requited or compensated for it; he gave him a loan. أَقْرَضَ مِنْهُ : He took a loan from him. يُقْرِضُ اللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا : He will lend Allah a goodly loan )2:246( قَرْضُ : An act of giving a loan; a loan itself; what الشِّمَالِ 690
