طلع طلع acacia; banana-trees or their fruit; the spadix of the palm-tree or the spathe thereof; the remains of turbid water in a watering trough or tank. وَطَلْحٍ مَّنْصُودٍ : And clustered bananas )56:30(. The : طَلَعَتِ الشَّمْسُ مَطْلِع and مَطْلَعٌ and طُلُوعٌ inf. noun يَطْلَعُ aor طَلَعَ دوو و sun rose or appeared. الطَّلُوْعُ signifies the appearing by rising or by becoming elevated. طَلَعَ الزَّرْعُ : The seed-produce began to come up and showed its sprouting forth طَلَعَ فِي الْجَبَلِ : He ascended the mountain. طَلَعَ أَوْ أَطْلَعَ الْجَبَلَ : He climbed or ascended the mountain. تَرَى الشَّمْسَ إِذَا طَلَعَتْ : Thou couldst see the sun when it rose )18:18( طَلَعَ عَلَيْنَا aor. يَطْلَعُ and يَطْلُعُ( : He came to us or upon us suddenly. وَجَدَهَا تَطْلُعُ عَلَى قَوْمٍ : He found it rising on a people )18:91( طَلَعَ عَنْهُمْ : He absented himself or departed from them. طلع البلاد : Hebetook himself to the country. طَلَعَ عَلَى الْأَمْرِ : He became acquainted with the affair. طلع و : قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ (inf. noun) طُلُوعٌ . He reached the place : الْمَكَانَ لک Before the rising of the sun )20:131( مَطْلَع and مَطْلِعُ : The place and the time of rising of the sun. بَلَغَ مَطْلِعَ الشَّمْسِ : He reached the rising-place of the sun )18:91( حَتَّى مَطْلَعَ الْفَجْرِ : Until the rising )time of rising) of the dawn )97:6( طَلْع : Spath of the palm-tree. وَمِنْ طَلْعِهَا قِنْوَانٌ : And from the date-palm out of its spathes )6:100( أَطْلَعَهُ الْأَمْرَ أَوْ عَلَى الْأَمْرِ : He acquainted him with the affair or revealed to him the affair. لِيُطْلِعَكُمْ عَلَى الْغَيْبِ : That He (God) should reveal to you the unseen )3:10( أَطْلَعَ الْكَوْكَبُ : The star rose. إِطَّلَعَ عَلَيْهِ : He knew it he saw it أَطَّلَعَ الْغَيْبَ : Has he known or become acquainted with the Unseen? )19:79( اِطَّلَعَ عَلَيْنَا : He came upon us suddenly. اِطَّلَعْتُ عَلَيْهِ : I looked down or from above upon him. فَاطَّلَعَ فَرَاهُ فِي سَوَاءِ الْجَحِيمِ : Then he will look and see him in the midst of the Fire )37:56( لَوِ اطَّلَعْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ : If thou hadst a look at them )18:19( اِطَّلَعَ عَلَيْهِ : He rose above it. الَّتِي تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى الْأَفْئِدَةِ : Which rises above or leaps up over the hearts )1048( إِطْلَعَ إِلَيْهِ : He had a look at him. لَعَلَّى أَطَّلِعُ إِلَى إِلَهِ مُوسَى : So that I may have a look at the God of Moses )28:39( مطلع act part. from مُطَّلِعُوْنَ : إِطَّلَعَ )plural(. هَلْ أَنْتُمْ مُّطَّلِعُوْنَ : Would you like to have a look at him )37:55( اطلاع inf. noun): Information; knowledge. 28 لک 525
