سوى ساح ه سَاحَ ]aor. يَسِيحُ inf. noun سَاحَ عَلَى وَجْهِ الْأَرْضِ سَيْحٌ : It (the water) ran upon the surface of the earth سَاحَ فِي الْأَرْضِ )inf. noun سِيَاحَةٌ( : He went or journeyed through the land or earth for the purpose of devoting himself to religious services or exercises. فَسِيْحُوْا فِي الْأَرْضِ : Sojourney through or go about the land )92( سَائِحُ )plural( )سَائِحُوْنَ( : Aman going or journeying through the earth; fasting or a faster; a faster who keeps to the mosques. سَائِحُوْنَ : The fasters; those who observe the obligatory fasts; those who fast constantly; those who journey to war against disbelievers or to seek knowledge. الْحَامِدُوْنَ السَّائِحُوْنَ : Those who praise Allah and those who go about in the land serving Him (9:112). مَاءٌ سَائِحُ : A running water. سَائِحَاتٌ )feminine of عَابِدَاتٌ سَائِحَاتٌ . سَائِحُوْنَ : Women devout in worship, given to fasting (66:6). For مَسِيحُ which may be derived from سَاحَ or مَسَحَ see at the end where proper names have been dealt with. ०४ سَارَ aor. يَسِيرُ inf. noun سَيْرٌ and مَسِيْرٌ and مَسِيرَةٌ[ : He or it went, travelled, journeyed, passed away or departed سَيْرٌ ::Going; departure; journey; : تَسِيرُ الْجِبَالُ سَيْرًا He went at vehement or fast pace : سَارَ سَيْرًا شَدِيدًا Mountains will move away or pass away quickly. وَسَارَ بِأَهْلِهِ : And he was travelling with his family )28:30( سِيرُوْا فِي الْاَرْضِ : Travel in the land (3:18) : He made him or it go, journey, depart, pass, move or go away. سَيَّرَهُ مِنْ بَلَدِهِ : He expelled him from his town سَارَ فِي النَّاسِ : It became commonly known among the people. يَوْمَ نُسَيِّرُ الْجِبَالَ : On the day when We shall remove the mountains or make the mountains move or pass )18:48( هُوَ الَّذِي يُسَيِّرُكُمْ فِي الْبَرِّ : He it is Who enables you to journey through land )10:23( سِيرَةٌ : A way, course, rule, mode or manner of acting or conduct of life, or the like; mode of being; condition state (syn. سَنُعِيدُهَا سِيْرَتَهَا الْأَوْلَى طَرِيقَة : We shall restore it to its former state (20:22).
